Printing Options

There are a number of CD printing and DVD printing methods available. We will work with you to select the best method for your end product. The most likely option will be thermal re-transfer printing. This process uses heat pressure to transfer your image to a transfer ribbon that coats the disc thereby reproducing colours, text and graphics at an amazing 173 lines per inch (dpi). Only CDs and DVDs with special re-transfer coating on the print surface can be used for this process.

We can supply a vast range of standard and innovative packaging options. We can design a generic packaged look for all your media orders with a personalised label for each title, which can be printed on-demand. This approach allows you to still benefit from scalable economies when producing your packaging and be able to offer a more innovative finished product.
